A Note from Garry....
The Bible speaks of music in many places. Judges 5:3 says "Hear this, you kings! Listen, you rulers! I will sing to the Lord, I will sing; I will make music to the Lord, the God of Israel." King David must have written his own hymnbook in Psalms.
From the time of my childhood the Lord's music has always been inspirational and uplifting for me. My parents would sing their favorite hymns as they did their chores. My grandfather could not sing very well but love "shaped note music." My other grandfather led the music at a nearby church on Sunday.
The Lord's music speaks to the soul. Many times music itself prepares the way for God's Word. People are lead to the Lord. We are Etowah Baptist Church love to praise the Lord in song. We are not as concerned with the exact note being sung as to the message the words give us. We welcome your participation and the gift of yourself as you join us in praise to the Lord in music!

Adult Choir
Meets on Wednesdays from 7:30-8:45 p.m. in the church sanctuary for rehearsal
Instrumental Band
If you play an instrument, we would love for you to join us in provide music for our sanctuary or "Reign" service. Currently we have guitar, bass, drums, piano and organ. We would love to utilize many other instruments.
